Investigate the brands complete digital footprint. We evaluated the businesses digital maturity and capability across 5 key dimensions – Customer, Strategy, technology, operations, organisation and culture.
We audited everything from social media pages, ad accounts, analytics accounts, websites to tech stacks which were used by parents and students to engage with the school. We studied the consumer journey through the funnel, assessed the business performance and the contribution of digital to the business. We then designed a structured roadmap defining each platform’s role, objective and strategy. By analysing the performance of the media, content and data we suggested recommendations for improvements along with a clear roadmap for future initiatives.
